HO scale uses the same track gauge as OO scale (16.5mm). However, it is a slightly smaller and more accurate scale of 3.5mm to the foot (don’t worry about mixing Imperial and Metric measures; it’s allowed in model railways!). MKMRS currently has one HO scale layout which is based on American outline:
